About Paul

Mr. Roess joined Highland Associates in 2005 as an analyst. He has since assumed some consulting responsibilities with the firm’s institutional client base. Prior to joining Highland Associates, Mr. Roess held financial internships with Arlington Partners and Morgan Stanley. He is a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham, the Newcomen Society and serves as treasurer for the Bell Center Ambassadors. He was most recently elected to the Department of Camp McDowell. Mr. Roess earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from the University of the South where he graduated cum laude with honors in economics. He has passed all 3 levels of the CFA exam and is awaiting his charter.
