About Leigh

Ms. Monroe joined Highland Associates in 2006 as a performance measurement analyst. Prior to joining Highland Associates, she worked for NBC Securities and Sterne Agee & Leach. Ms. Monroe earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Marketing from Auburn University.
