About Ben

Mr. Mitchell joined Highland Associates in 2006 as the firm’s technology manager. Prior to joining Highland Associates, he was a data analyst and project manager with BellSouth. At BellSouth, he was a project management team member of the company’s enterprise services delivery organization and completed projects which included the 3 Meg broadband customer service platform. Mr. Mitchell was also technical operations team member of BellSouth’s long distance project. Mr. Mitchell earned his Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from SUNY College at Old Westbury. He attained Microsoft Certified Professional certification for Windows NT 4.0.
